Sky News and Tortoise media have produced a podcast following a wargame scenario that simulates a Russian attack on the UK. Rob Johnson designed the scenario and worked closely with Deborah Haynes (Sky News) to run the wargame.

Former senior politicians, including Sir Ben Wallace, Jack Straw and Amber Rudd, play a fictional British government pitched against an imagined Kremlin. The scenario is designed to test Britain's defences and national resilience at a time of mounting tensions with Russia. It also explores the reliability - or otherwise - of key allies like the United States in a crisis.

Episode 1 will launch on Tuesday 10 June.
