OUSSG is excited to welcome our first speaker for 6th week, Major General Ahmad Mahmood Hayat, Director General for Analysis for Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) agency. Maj Gen Hayat will be speaking in the Pichette Auditorium at Pembroke College on Tuesday November 15th at 6:00pm. This will be a free event.

Major General Hayat has been the Director General (Analysis) since October 2013. Previously, the Maj Gen served in various Command, Staff and Instructional Assignments in Pakistan. As well as commanding an Armoured Regiment, he has commanded an Independent Armoured Brigade Group and an Infantry Brigade, and he has been Chief of Staff in a Corps Headquarters. He is a graduate of Command & Staff College Quetta, the US Army Command & General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, National Defence College Islamabad, and National Management College Lahore.
